Brannon Lobdell, Architect
Efficient and Thoughtful Management and Design
Brannon Lobdell is an Architect and Project Manager working with home owners, developers, design offices, non-profit organizations and public institutions. He is a building scientist and a social scientist, and balances the impacts on people / planet / price in the making of efficient high performance building construction.

Brannon has over ten years of diverse professional experience providing thoughtful project design, thorough production, and effective project management. He is an architect, NCARB member, LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Passive House Consultant and is an Earth Advantage Sustainable Homes Professional.

Brannon has also recently been selected as the 2012 Van Evera Bailey Fellow; and will spend part of the year researching Passive House Principles.

Home or land owner: Brannon can help with any and all phases of a remodel or new construction project. (Design, permits, construction administration.)

Developer or business owner: Brannon can help with feasibility, branding, retail environment design, space planning, contract documents, permits, bidding, construction.

Design firm: Brannon can help with project production, project management, quality control review, specifications, project modeling and rendering.
